Lots of things can stress you out everyday (like the FCAT!), but you don’t have to let it get the best of you. Learn how to control stress before it controls you. This workshop will help you find and practice many ways to relax, ward off stress, and have fun doing it! Bring a basket or container to begin creating your personal stress kit. This program fulfills some requirements for the “Be Healthy, Be Fit Badge” and the “Stress Less Badge.”
