Camp, Events, Series, Travel, Troop, and Virtual…These six words (we call them “Pathways”) represent how girls can enter and participate in Girl Scouting. Pathways offer girls and their families the opportunity to customize their Girl Scout leadership experience. They can choose to chose one, some, or all – all year round!
This 2-hour session designed specifically for Service Unit Volunteer Managers and Recruiters. The course will provide definitions and descriptions of the six Girl Scout Pathways and how the message of Pathways should be incorporated into all Council recruitment events and materials to maximize recruitment results. The course will also share the best practices for Service Unit team structure to integrate Pathways recruitment and support Pathways program delivery within the volunteer roles/jobs.
