In today’s world, there are so many children that are obese, nervous, stressed, and diabetic. Let’s give them a better, more fun choice… Nancy is a certified Yoga teacher (Sivananda, Kundalini, “Hot” Yoga, YogaFit). She can teach your children to better focus – at home and in school; train their bodies to be their most flexible; help them to calm down, and get their minds off of video games and fast foods. Give your kids the opportunity and time to strengthen their bodies, relax their feelings and sharpen their minds.

Requirements:Each girl needs to bring a yoga sticky mat or a full length towel. Dress comfortably with loose clothing.
