Earn some $$$ while having fun! Create and host a game booth! As a troop, you will be responsible for:

  • creating the game/activity idea
  • submitting the attached booth application (blue)
  • providing the materials to implement the game/activity (example – if you had the duck pond game, you provide the pool, the ducks, the signs, etc)
  • A minimum of 2 people to staff the booth at all times (festival runs from 12pm – 4pm)

Game prizes will be provided by Council. All of the booths will be collecting tickets from the participants. At the end of the event, you will turn in all of the tickets your activity collected, and Council will reimburse your troop $.25 for each ticket you collect from your booth participants! This will encourage you to talk to the festival guests and convince them to play YOUR game  The deadline to submit your booth applications is 4pm on Thursday, December 3rd and will be approved on a first come, first serve basis, as space is limited.
