Raise Your Voice! Be a part of the 2012 Girl’s World Forum!
The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) and the Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) will present the 2012 Girl’s World Forum as part of the “Global Centenary Celebration” in Chicago, Illinois this coming July.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, so Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida will award 2 FULL scholarships to our local girl members to attend this international 5-day event.

The 2012 Girl’s World Forum will include the following elements – and much more:
- Meeting and networking with Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from around the globe
- Exchange with external partners
- Development of individual leadership and advocacy skills
- Identify viable solutions to address primary issues and design personal action plans
- Participation in local Take Action projects
- Review and incorporate the 2011 GWF Action Plans at the local (home) level
- Other Centenary Celebrations
