Rallyhood is our place to connect, share resources, and get inspired with your entire Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida community.

Rallyhood is our primary digital hub for the entire Girl Scout community, and it’s free to use! Whether you’re a parent or caregiver looking for program information, a volunteer connecting with your troop or service unit, a donor staying involved, or an alum maintaining your Girl Scout connections, Rallyhood brings everyone together in one easy-to-use space.

From Council announcements and program information to calendars, resources, files, photos, and community discussions, Rallyhood makes it easy to stay connected, share information, and collaborate with other Girl Scout families and volunteers. A Rally is a digital space for a group to share information and coordinate activities, while a Hub brings related Rallies together in one convenient place.

Getting Started

All users of our council’s Rallyhood agree to our Rallyhood Community Guidelines and our Terms and Conditions. Rallyhood can be accessed through Rallyhood.com, or you can download the app in the App Store or Google Play.

What is Rallyhood? How will it help my service unit or troop? toggle arrow

Rallyhood is designed to simplify life for everyone involved in Girl Scouts—particularly those in leadership or support roles. It provides service units, troops, and families with a central hub to stay connected, get organized, and share information.

Rather than juggling numerous tools (like Eventbrite, SignUp Genius, Shutterfly, Google Calendar, and Facebook), Rallyhood combines everything into one platform. You can manage events, share files, post updates, collect RSVPs, run surveys, and store photos—all in one convenient place.

Each Rally (group) can be customized with photos, important documents, and helpful links. Whether you're a troop leader planning your next meeting or a caregiver seeking forms and event details, Rallyhood allows you to quickly find what you need and stay connected to your Girl Scout community.

What is the GSSEF staff involvement in Rallyhood? Should I use it to get in touch with staff members? toggle arrow

Rallyhood is an excellent way to connect with others in the GSSEF community, including volunteers, caregivers, and fellow Girl Scout supporters. While some GSSEF staff members participate in specific Rallies and Hubs to help share information and address general questions, please note that Rallyhood is not monitored continuously.

If you have a time-sensitive or personal question—especially concerning topics like membership, payments, registration, or your Girl Scout’s health or participation—please contact GSSEF Customer Care directly. These types of inquiries are best handled privately to ensure you receive the support you need quickly and accurately.

Our goal is to make Rallyhood a valuable space for peer-to-peer support, resource sharing, and staying connected across our council. When in doubt, Customer Care is your best first stop for staff assistance!

How much does Rallyhood cost? toggle arrow

Rallyhood is completely FREE for everyone to use because GSSEF covers the costs. This way, our amazing Girl Scout community can easily stay connected and organized! There’s no charge to create your account, join Rallies, or access all the fantastic resources we provide. So go ahead, sign up, and dive right in!

How is Rallyhood different from other apps? toggle arrow

We have heard from many volunteers that the inconsistency of using fragmented tools creates lots of challenges and makes volunteer lives difficult. A key benefit of Rallyhood is that it helps us take a more streamlined approach. The intent is to have one platform with all the tools and all our council groups in one place. It provides us with a council-wide solution that brings all of our groups, troops, committee panels, and forums together on one platform to create a more consistent and efficient Girl Scout experience for all of us.

How does a Rallyhood community work? toggle arrow

Rallyhood is like your Girl Scout neighborhood online—organized into hubs and groups (called Rallies) that help you stay connected and informed.

Council-level hubs share updates and resources based on roles or interests. Each service unit can also have its own Rallyhood space, with sub-groups for troop leaders, cookie managers, families, event planners, and more.

Inside each Rally, you can share announcements, post photos, create calendars, register for events, and connect with others in your Girl Scout circle. It’s everything you need to stay in the loop—all in one place.

Who can see my Rallyhood Community Hub and Rallies? toggle arrow

Community hubs and rallies can be set to public or private. If set to public, anyone could find that hub or Rally in a search, join it, and access content. If set to private, an individual would need to be invited in order to access the hub or Rally. This way you can control who is a member of individual rallies, such as inviting all troop cookie managers within your service unit to a Rally specific to them.

We heard you loud and clear! Our members expressed a desire for a more convenient way to stay connected, share resources, and support each other across service units, troops, and communities. That’s why GSSEF chose Rallyhood—to create a welcoming, secure space designed specifically for our wonderful Girl Scout family.

Rallyhood isn’t new to Girl Scouting; they’ve been partnering with councils for over five years and truly understand the unique needs of our volunteers, families, and staff. In fact, they’ve collaborated directly with Girl Scout councils to develop features that enhance our programs, boost communication, and foster collaboration.

What makes Rallyhood so special is that it brings everything together in one cozy spot: announcements, calendars, files, photos, sign-ups, and so much more—all in an ad-free, Girl Scouts-only environment. They’re also dedicated to growing and improving the platform alongside us, taking real feedback from our community to heart!

What if my service unit or troop already uses Rallyhood? toggle arrow

We know some service units and troops are already using Rallyhood on their own. That’s great! Your existing Rallyhood community can be integrated into our council ecosystem, which will allow you to stop paying for your own account and allow your volunteers to access other council-level Rallyhood communities. Additionally, if you are currently using a free version of Rallyhood, moving your Rally to the Council ecosystem will allow you to access premium paid features.
