This course is a blended format where the knowledge portion is achieved through an online course which is then followed up by an in-person practical learning session. You must complete the online portion and send your completion certificate to the instructor BEFORE attending the practical on October 10, 2026 at Camp Welaka.
You will receive an email from GSSEF with a code to access the online course through US Archery's website by September 21, 2026 to provide time for you to complete the online course. On October 10th, the practical portion of the training will be conducted at Camp Welaka from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
Participants should have experience with archery before registering to become a certified Archery Instructor.
Participants need to bring a refillable water bottle, a packed lunch, and snacks. Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes like sneakers or boots are required for all participants. Please dress with the weather in mind. Don't forget the bug spray and sunscreen. This is a rain or shine event.
Archery certification is an adult-only training and tagalongs are not permitted.
