Why support girls in Girl Scouting? Because at Girl Scouts, we know that when given the opportunity, girls change the world, and we have the reach and experience to help girls everywhere lead.

Your investment will help us bring the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to more girls, enabling them to discover what’s important to them, connect with their community, and take action to make the world a better place. We believe every girl has an important role to play. When girls succeed, so does society. We are committed to making Girl Scouting available to every girl that wants to take part. By removing the financial barriers and providing financial assistance to support participating in programs and activities, we ensure that we are able to bring Girl Scouting to even more girls.

Thank you for considering an investment in Girl Scout’s commitment to ensuring every girl reaches her fullest potential

Daisy's Circle
Daisys Circle_Web_530x220

We all want the best for our girls. We know Girl Scouts works—the research is clear. Girl Scout Alumnae are more likely to graduate from college, earn more money, vote, and be active volunteers.

But we can’t provide quality experiences for girls and volunteers without support from people like you.

Introducing Daisy’s Circle

That’s why we're excited to introduce Daisy’s Circle, our new, easy (and fun!) way to support Girl Scouts through monthly giving.  By making a monthly contribution, you will be giving girls life-changing experiences and opportunities through Girl Scouting each and every month. Monthly contributions of an amount of your choice will be automatically deducted from your debit or credit card each month.

How to become part of the Daisy’s Circle

You can become a member today! Members receive a commemorative tote bag and travel mug, insider updates, and more. As a member, you will “Bring her promise to life” by helping build girls of courage, confidence and character.

Parents, volunteers, and friends like you are already joining Daisy's Circle. You are making it possible to provide the very best leadership experiences to all girls in our council.

Matching Gifts
Matching Gifts_Webpage_530x159

Did you know many companies offer a matching gift program to encourage philanthropy among their employees? Some companies even match gifts from spouses and retirees. If you volunteer with us, your employer may also provide us with a grant as a way to recognize your ongoing support.

By simply completing a matching gift form through your company (online or paper), you may be able to double, or even triple, the impact of your gift! Contributions of any amount help us with our mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place.

Use the search engine below to see if your employer participates in a matching gift program. Questions? Check out our Frequently Asked Questions.

What is a matching gift?

Many companies set aside special funds each year to match contributions their employees make to qualified nonprofit organizations. The amount of the match is a matter of company policy, but it varies from 50 cents for each dollar, up to $2 and even $3 in some cases. It might also vary from year to year.

Where do I submit/send my matching gift form?

Companies use different methods for employees to submit their matching gift forms. Some are online and others use a paper form that will need to be filled out and sent to us. If your company uses a paper form, please mail it to the address below or scan and email it to

Must I be a full-time active employee to have my contribution matched?

Not necessarily. Most organizations match part-time employees and retirees. Many also match spouses, annuitants, and directors. Some companies even give matching dollars for volunteer hours their employees give to qualified organizations.

Are there any restrictions on how much I contribute in order to be matched?

Most companies have a minimum contribution they will match usually around $25 and a maximum annual amount, anywhere from $1000 to $10,000.

Is there a time limit on eligibility?

Companies do require that we complete and return the form within a set time period, usually 90 days. We recommend that you submit the form at the same time you make your contribution, or as soon thereafter as possible.

How long does it take for the gift to be matched?

The process varies from one company to another. Some companies issue their matching payments only once or twice a year, so it may take as much as a year for your gift to be matched.

Planned Giving & The Juliette Low Society

For the Future of Girls and the Girls of the Future

In March 1912, Juliette Gordon Low gathered 18 girls in Savannah, Georgia, and began the Movement we know as Girl Scouts. Juliette’s outstanding leadership was matched by her stewardship. She converted the carriage house of her home into the first Girl Scouts national headquarters, and she gifted the property to the Girl Scouts in her will. Her bequest was the beginning of planned giving to Girl Scouts.

The Juliette Gordon Low Society was established to thank and honor friends of Girl Scouting who, like Juliette, choose to make Girl Scouts part of their legacy and a beneficiary of their estate.

When you make a planned gift to Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, you bestow the gift of Girl Scouting to future generations of girls. Your thoughtful and generous gift will support and sustain Girl Scouting and will extend your involvement with the Movement beyond your lifetime.  Your legacy will shine through the smiles, the laughter and the achievements of Girl Scouts for years to come.

Providing a gift to Girl Scouts in your estate plans can include naming Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida as beneficiary of a:

  • Will
  • Retirement Plan
  • Living Trust
  • Donor-Advised Fund
  • Life Insurance Policy
  • Charitable Gift Annuity
  • Charitable Remainder Trust
  • Charitable Lead Trust
  • Remainder Gift of Real Estate
  • Any other gifts benefitting Girl Scouts in the future

Here is the Juliette Gordon Low Society Commitment Form.

Gifts of all sizes are important and welcomed by Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida. Disclosure of gift amount is not required; however we would like to know about your decision to include us in your estate planning so that we can show our appreciation for your generous gift.

To design a gift that benefits the people and organizations you care about most, we recommend that you obtain the professional counsel of an attorney who specializes in estate planning. We can work with your advisors to help you plan for tomorrow and receive maximum benefits today.

We extend our greatest gratitude to the following for making Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida part of their legacies and a beneficiary of their estate plans.  Their commitment will ensure that Girl Scouting will continue far beyond their time with the organization.

Give Camp, Give Fun!

Let's get girls back to the fun this summer after staying home and missing quite possibly the remainder of their school year, special events, and having adventures with their sister Girl Scouts!

Our current situation has left many parents and caregivers with the hope to send their Girl Scout to camp this summer so she can enjoy being a kid after an extensive quarantine staying at home and unable to see and play with others. Unfortunately, many of these same parents are experiencing a totally unforeseen economic hardship due to loss of income with many businesses unexpectedly closing as a result of the spread of COVID-19.

To help as many girls as possible to be able to get back to normal and have fun with their friends this summer, we have established the Give Camp, Give Fun! campaign. You can help send a girl to Camp Welaka for the GSSEF Summer Resident Camp this July where girls will get to sleep over at camp for 3 - 5 days enjoying the great outdoors. Girls will get to hike, canoe, learn outdoor skills, swim, and so much more because of your generosity.

No gift is too small and each donation is deeply appreciated. Help send a girl to camp this summer by donating  today. Thank you supporting our girls in this time of need!

Since 2009, more than 526,000 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies have been donated locally—sending the perfect reminder to our brave soldiers that we are thinking of them and appreciate their sacrifice. Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida has teamed up with Forgotten Soldiers Outreach, Operation Homefront and Soldiers Angels to make sure that Girl Scout Cookies are part of every care package they send. We couldn’t do it without you!
