A little background about Girl Scouts Love State Parks program:
Every year, Girl Scouts explore the natural wonders found
across our country during the Girl Scouts Love State Parks weekend.
Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida has provided you with different ways
to participate and enjoy the Girl Scouts Love State Parks
weekend.
You can choose how to explore our local state
parks:
You can join the park rangers for an in-person,
planned event at one of four different State Parks in our council
area: Fort Pierce Inlet State Park, Jonathan Dickinson State Park,
John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park or
Von D. Mizell Eula Johnson State Park on September 12 or 13, 2026.
(Use separate registration pages for desired in-person program.)
Or you can also participate by choosing the self-guided option
where you will use the materials provided in the program activity
guide developed by GSSEF to get outdoors in a State Park close to you
at a time convenient to your troop or family.
No matter
which path you choose, the most important thing is to explore the
State Parks, enjoy nature, and enjoy time with your family or fellow
Girl Scouts!
