Our in-person Girl Scouts Love State Parks program at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park will include:
Service Project: Beach Cleanup - 10am - 12pm
LUNCH on your own 12-1pm
Live Animal Presentation at Terramar Visitor Center - 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Parking Instructions: I would recommend parking in the beach hammock lot for your beach cleanup, first lot on the right after entering the park.
What to bring: Sunscreen & bug spray, clothing for being outside in the heat (sunglasses, hats, etc.), and reusable water bottles, a packed lunch or plan to visit the restaurant.
Park entry is waived as part of the program fee due to the service project element.
Girl Scouts Love State Parks patch included in program fee for all participants and will be mailed after the program date.
