Girls will earn their Numbers in Nature Badge. Girls will learn about
using nature to tell time, predict weather, plot gardens and explore
temperature. Girls will get hands-on experience with Microbitz and
coding to learn how technology is used in understanding nature. Our
goal with this workshop is to tie together nature and technology and
help our scouts have a better understanding how they interact
together.
Grade level appropriate Numbers in Nature badge
is included in the program fee.
What to bring: drawstring
backpack to carry a water bottle, snack, hat/sunglasses, and
sunscreen.
What to wear: Closed toe shoes and dress for
the weather.
